The Carson City Emblem Club will hold its Fantasy Faire , 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Nov. 18 at the Elks Lodge 515 N. Nevada St., as a fund-raiser for its special charities. There will be hand crafted gift items and Christmas decorations, toys, jewelry, games, books and gourmet baked goods for sale.
