The Bing Construction Co. of Nevada has permission from Douglas County Public Works to begin operation at 1 a.m. for one day.
This special permit was issued so Bing can complete a project at St. Gall Catholic Church located on Centerville Road. Bing's plant is located near the intersections of Kimmerling and Tillman in the Gardnerville Ranchos.
There may be a noise disturbance in relation to this operation. The Sheriff's Department will not respond to any noise complaint directly related to the Bing Construction Plant special operation project on this date.
