Mary Coletta Pursey, 74, a Carson City resident for the past 15 years, died Aug. 30, 2000 at St. Mary's Hospital. She was born Oct. 1, 1925, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Joseph and Katherine Quinn Rosplock.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in San Jose, Calif.
Mrs. Pursey was a homemaker. She was a Catholic. She enjoyed gardening and loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by brothers Bobby Rosplock and John Rosplock and sister Katherine Rosplock.
Among her survivors are her husband Ray of Carson City; sons Michael of Hollister, Calif. and David of Fremont, Calif.; daughters Rae Ellen Pursey of Kent, Wash. and Barbara Lueder of San Jose; brother Joseph Rosplock of Mentor, Ohio and seven grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
