Mumbo Gumbo will appear in a benefit concert for Our Lady of Snows Catholic Church, the Children's Cabinet and Eagle Valley Children's Home, Nov. 19 at the Reno Hilton Theater. The show will be $20 per ticket for reserved seating.
Mumbo Gumbo is an extremely infectious Gulf Coast influenced 7 piece band combining the freshest ingredients of American pop, blues, zydeco, Tex-Mex, New Orleans Voodoo Mambo, reggae and rock and roll.
Mumbo Gumbo is the understandable choice for a great dance party but their music spans many more levels than that. Two remarkable singer songwriters, Chris Webster and Tracy Walton front the group. Their songs are insightful, tuneful, personal, and most importantly, build on the bond they have established with the audience.
