Brief: snowshoeing trip

Persons interested in snowshoeing will have a chance to experience it on Sunday, Dec. 19.

The Sporting Rage, 4338 S. Carson St., is sponsoring a snowshoe trip on the Tahoe Rim Trail. This is a good opportunity for beginners and experts alike. Snowshoe rentals are available or bring your own.

Breakfast will be served at 9:30 a.m. with departure to the mountain at 10:15 a.m. The trip will take about four hours. A lunch will be provided. Participants should return to the shop by 3 p.m.
