Douglas High senior wins Concordia University scholarship

Deanne Rae Thyr, a senior at Douglas High School, is the recipient of a regents' scholarship from Concordia University in Portland, Ore.

Thyr was awarded the $5,000 scholarship based upon her high school academic achievement.
