Earth Day even Saturday

An Earth Day, youth fair and bicycle rodeo will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Carson City Community Center, 851 E. William St., Saturday.

Featured at the day's events will be food, face painting and fun for everyone. Unique projects from Carson High School, Carson middle and elementary schools will be on display. The event is sponsored by the Carson City Environmental Health Department, Carson City Recreation Division and the Carson City Fire Department.
