Group of shark divers talk to locals

A group of "survivors" from a recent shark diving expedition to the Bahamas will be the featured speakers at the 6:30 p.m. Wednesday meeting of the High Desert Divers. The group will meet at Grandma Hattie's Restaurant.

The speakers will discuss their experiences while scuba diving among large numbers of sharks and what they learned about shark behavior, as well as showing video, slides and photographs from their dives. The meeting is open to the public.
