Kiwanis Iuau being held Saturday

The annual Carson City Kiwanis fund-raiser luau will be held from 6 to 11 p.m. on Saturday at the Ormsby House Hotel/Casino.

Proceeds will benefit Kiwanis youth projects, Carson City Senior Citizens Center and the FISH Interim Housing Program.

Featured at the luau will be a Hawaiian dinner buffet, dancing, raffle prizes and a silent auction. Entertainment is to be provided by the Bird of Paradise dancers. Tickets are $30 per person, or $220 for a table of eight. Call Mike Crossley at 882-4459 or Ron Bowman at 883-7341.
