Letter: Principal shouldn't be thorn in taxpayer side

I read with interest the article in your March 19 edition of the dismissal of Mr. Cunningham's lawsuit against the Douglas County School District.

It appears that Mr. Cunningham has set out to be a thorn in the side of his supervisors as long as he is employed with the district.

Evidently Mr. Cunningham has forgotten that his salary is paid by the taxpayers. If he insists on wasting the taxpayers' dollars by being a thorn, then he should either resign or be terminated.

I for one do not appreciate my tax dollars being wasted because Mr. Cunningham has had his ego stepped on.
