A Carson City linen worker is in custody after being arrested for suspicion of holding two separate pistols to three people and threatening to shoot.
Jose Guerra, 20, was arrested in the early morning hours Sunday in his Woodside Drive apartment.
When deputies responded to reports of a man with a firearm, the victims reported that Guerra came to an apartment in the 1200 block of Woodside Drive and pointed the pistol. When the victims took the pistol from Guerra, they said he left and returned with another pistol and again threatened them, according to police.
The arresting deputy was given the .38-caliber pistol that the victims said they took from Guerra. When the serial number of the gun was processed, it was reported stolen out of Lyon County.
Guerra was arrested for suspicion of possession of stolen property and three counts of aiming a firearm at another. He was held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
