Obituary: Harriett Pridgeon

A memorial service for Harriett Pridgeon, 56, a Carson City resident for the past 18 years, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, at Woods Lake.

Mrs. Pridgeon died Nov. 2, 1999, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was born Aug. 3, 1943, in Florida, to Harry and Eloise Moore Pridgeon.

Before moving to Carson City, she lived in San Francisco.

Mrs. Pridgeon was a homemaker. She enjoyed painting, ceramics, crocheting and sewing.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Among her survivors are her husband, Dennis Carrier; sons, Victor Taylor and Larry Neihart, both of Carson City and Robert Neihart, of Reno; brother, Steve Pridgeon, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; sister, Carolyn Carter, of Montgomery, Ala.; five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.

FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
