Obituary: Hilda Galloway

Hilda Mary Galloway, 75, a Carson City resident for the past six months, died Dec. 24, 1999, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born Dec. 1, 1924, in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, to Grover and Annie Robinson Schwartz.

Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Dolan Springs, Ariz.

Mr. Galloway was a homemaker.

Among her survivors are her sons, Rob Mathers, of Carson City, and William Francis, of Clarinda, Iowa; brother, Grover Schwartz, of Dallas, Ore.; sisters, Margaret Sloan of Seattle and Elizabeth Davis, of Renton, Wash.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

At her request, no service will be held.

Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.

FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
