A service for Kee Pahe, 77, a Mono County resident for the past 50 years, will be at 11 a.m. June 1 at the Coleville Baptist Church in Coleville.
Mr. Pahe died May 22, 2000, at Barton Memorial Hospital. He was born March 15, 1923, in Cottonwood, Ariz.
He moved to Nevada at the age of 14 and attended Stewart Indian School.
Mr. Pahe was a mason and worked on many buildings around Nevada and Northern California, including the Stewart Indian School. He also worked at the pack station in Antelope Valley, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise; grandsons Luis Gamez and Dion James; two brothers and two sisters.
Among his survivors are his daughters Geraldine Joann Gamez and Pauline Pahe; sons Gerald Pahe and Marvin Pahe and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
