Obituary: margaret Pauline Rabe

A memorial service for Margaret Pauline Rabe, 90, a Carson City resident for the past 21 years, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at FitzHenry's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Rabe died Nov. 13, 1999, at her residence. She was born Jan. 4, 1909, in Pennsylvania.

She married Norman Rabe Nov. 7, 1987, in Carson City.

Before moving to Carson City, she lived in La Palma, Calif.

Mrs. Rabe was a retired payroll clerk for the U.S. government. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and crocheting as well as many other crafts. She had many friends at Slot World Casino and the Nugget Casino in Carson City.

Among her survivors are her husband, Norman, of Carson City; sons, Harold McCormick of Carson City, Fred Deckard, of Arizona and Richard Rabe of Silver Springs; daughters, Sally Bennett and Sue Larson, both of Carson City and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.

FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
