Obituary: Norma Helen Kuntz

A private family graveside inurnment for Norma Helen (Husted) Kuntz, 65, a Dayton resident for the past two years, will be at a later date.

Mrs. Kuntz died Jan 30, 2000, at her residence. She was born Feb. 19, 1934, in Grand Junction, Colo., to Joe Clair Sr. and Irma Helen Shelton Husted.

She married Charles Kuntz on July 4, 1952, in Reno.

Before moving to Dayton, she lived in Vallejo, Calif., where she was raised.

She was a graduate of Vallejo High School.

Mrs. Kuntz was a homemaker. She was a member of the American Legion Post 550 Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, William Husted.

Among her survivors are her husband, Charles, of Dayton; sons, Larry D., of Vacaville, Calif., Terry L., of Vallejo and Jerry A., of Dixon, Calif.; daughter, Tami R. Herkenrath, of Dayton; brothers, Joe C. Husted Jr. and Robert A. Husted, both of Vallejo and 12 grandchildren.

Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
