Brigadier General K.S. Rankin, USAF, will speak at the Carson City Chapter of the Retired Officers Association meeting on 6 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Ormsby House Hotel/Casino.
General Rankin will speak on education as applied to training in the Air Force. All retired officers, old and recently retired of all branches of military service are welcome to attend.
