Retired Public Employees Association to meet Monday

Retired Public Employees Association of California, Silver and Gold Chapter No. 95, will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Grandma Hattie's Restaurant.

Guest speaker is Wally Earhart, an authority on Amelia Earhart and Abraham Lincoln, who will present a skit called "A Day in the Life of President Abraham Lincoln."

Because the Northern California/Nevada area groups are so large, meetings will alternate between Reno and Carson City during the 2000 year. All retirees who receive their pension or health benefits from the California Public Employees Retirement System are welcome to attend this meeting.
