The Carson City Shade Tree Council and the Carson City Cooperative Extension Office will hold a free tree care seminar and the public is invited. The seminar will be from 8-10 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, in the Sierra Room of the Carson City Community Center. Dale Carlon, Urban Forester/Arborist for the Sparks Parks and Recreation Department will present Springtime Pruning for Safe Streets."
