The Lake Tahoe Pioneering in Film Festival celebrates "A Night at The Oscars" with a fund-raiser on Sunday at historic David Walley's Hot Springs in Genoa.
The celebration begins at 5 p.m. with an appetizer reception and silent auction. Raffle prizes, drawings and plenty of fun will abound throughout the evening.
Cost is $48.50 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Tickets to "A Night at the Oscars" are limited. A credit card will reserve your seat by calling 782-8155, ext. 8953.
The Lake Tahoe Pioneering in Film Festival, set for April 7, 8 and 9, will take place all over the South Shore as a celebration of film creativity and the advancement of moviemaking throughout the century.
