A Carson City fiber optics installer was arrested Thursday, suspected of using his employer's account at Supply One hardware supply store to buy more than $1,100 worth of items pawned for gambling money.
Dale Mathew Dodd, 41, faces felony and three forgery and embezzlement charges for the alleged crimes. He reportedly admitted committing the forgery after waiving his Miranda rights.
Deputies believe Dodd used old purchase orders to buy the items.
He is being held on $27,380 bail.
