A memorial service for Leola Morrison Dalto, 84, a Carson City resident for the past nine years, will be at 2 p.m. Sept. 22 at the Bar Harbor Congregational Church in Bar Harbor, Maine.
Mrs. Dalto died Aug. 25 at her home. She was born Dec. 30, 1916, in Gouldsboro, Maine, to Arthur and Addie Bunker Johnson.
Mrs. Dalto was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her first husband of 20 years Harry C. Morrison, Jr.; husband of 31 years William Dalto and brother Lawrence Johnson.
Among her survivors are her daughters and sons-in-law Gail and Truman Gillock and Marian and Daniel Reagan; stepdaughter Susan Sandberg; grandchildren Valerie Halas, Sarah Carpenter, Joshua Reagan, Brian Reagan, Shawn Sandberg, William Herring and Sharon Sandberg; 11 great-grandchildren; aunt Maxine Libby; sisters-in-law Marian Gillis, Clara Johnson and Velma Dalto; brother-in-law Steve Dalto; several nieces and nephews and her nurse and dear friend Jeannie Waterson.
