Tim Ruffin has been named managing partner of the Reno operations of Colliers International, the commercial real estate company.
Ruffin succeeds Paul Perkins, the firm's managing partner since the office was founded in 1999.
Perkins will remain as senior vice president, heading the office's industrial properties group.
Ruffin has led the Reno office in brokerage production since joining as
vice president of office properties in 1999, negotiating more than $70 million in office leases and sales.
He will continue in that role in addition to assuming his new duties as managing partner.
