iGo Corp., a Reno-based marketer of mobile and wireless
telephone accessories, lost $3.1 million, or 12 cents a
share, on revenues of $4.5 million in the quarter ended
June 30. This compares with a loss of $6 million, or 26
cents a share, on revenues of $7.7 million in the same
period a year earlier.
Mobility Electronics Inc. of Scottsdale, Ariz., plans to
merge iGo into its operation. That transaction is scheduled
to close in early September if iGo shareholders give
their approval.
