Clark & Sullivan Builders, a Nevadabased

company with offices in Reno and

Las Vegas, won the contract for the construction

of a 60,000-square-foot performing

arts theater and gymnasium at a

high school in Colfax, Calif.

The new multi-purpose addition to

the high school will include a 500-seat

performing arts theater, a 12,000-squarefoot

gymnasium, a 5,000-square-foot

music/choral area, and 5,000 square feet

of administrative/office space that may

be utilized as classrooms in the future.

Construction costs are estimated at

$12.5 million, and completion is scheduled

for October 2004.
