The Economic Development
Authority of Northern Nevada is
seeking nominations for its Business
of the Year Awards.
Two northern Nevada companies
one large, one small will be
honored at EDAWN's annual luncheon
in March. Nominations must be
received by EDAWN by Jan. 24. A
nomination form can be downloaded
from the EDAWN web site at
www.edawn.org.
Criteria for the honor include:
Nominees must be either a newly
located business or had a major
expansion in northern Nevada within
the last five years.
Nominees must meet at least two

Nominees must demonstrate a
strong involvement in the community.
To qualify as a "small" company, the
business must have less than 100 total
employees. A "large" company is any
