Michael Pennington has been named as
public policy director of the Reno-Sparks
Chamber of Commerce. He previously
worked as an executive/administrative
assistant for Nevada Attorney General
Frankie Sue Del Papa.
A native Nevadan, Pennington has held
a variety of positions in government affairs,
marketing and administration.
Pennington succeeds Dave Howard,
who held the public policy director position
for 10 years. His tenure included
approval of the ReTRAC project and
approval of the 1998 school bond.
