A Carson City man was arrested Thursday at Mills Park for indecent exposure.

Juan Ventura, 22, a casino cook, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. after two women reported seeing him naked in the women's bathroom near the pool.

"They saw him go into the bathroom and remove all of his clothing," said Chief Deputy Scott Burau of the Carson City Sheriff's Department.

Burau said by the time officers arrived, Ventura had left the pool area and was walking in the park.

The female witnesses were brought to the scene and identified Ventura as the naked man they saw, Burau said.

Ventura was additionally charged with felony burglary, defined as entry into a building with the intent to commit an underlying felony such as sexual assault or theft.

"At this point his intentions were certainly suspect," Burau said. "We believe he entered the facility to commit a crime."

Ventura is being held on $25,000 bail.
