A service for William Brehm, 85, a Gardnerville resident for the past two years, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Faith Lutheran Church in Marysville, Calif.
Mr. Brehm died May 20, 2002, in Carson City. He was born Oct. 19, 1916, in Lincoln, Neb., to Conrad and Katherine Kildau Brehm
He married Constance Killham in 1947.
Before moving to Gardnerville, he lived in Marysville for 35 years.
Mr. Brehm was a paint shop foreman at Beale Air Force Base.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps from 1941-45.
Among his survivors are his wife of Gardnerville; son Larry of Lincoln; son and daughter-in-law Mike and Kim Brehm of Pollack Pines, Calif.; daughter Mary Dalton of Gardnerville; daughter and son-in-law Nancy and Morgan Foran of Bristol, Fla.; two sisters; one brother and seven grandchildren.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
