Justin Couch has been promoted to senior art director in the creative division of the Rose/Glenn Group.
Prior to joining the agency in 1999, he worked as an artist on projects including design of the decorative banners for the City of Reno's ice skating rink.
He also taught digital media in the fine arts program at the University of Nevada, Reno.
Couch earned his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Nevada Reno in 1996.
