Hytek delisted from NASDAQ

Hytek Microsystems, Inc.

withdrew its appeal of delisting with NASDAQ and was delisted effective July 25.

Securities of the Carson City-based company instead are quoted on the OTC bulletin under the symbol "HTEK." The company was notified in December that the bid price of its common stock had closed at less than $1 per share over the previous 30 consecutive trading days, and didn't comply with NASDAQ rules.
