A celebration of life for Noel Robert Anderson, 42, a Gardnerville resident for the past 15 years, will be at 1 p.m. Sept. 14 at 1360 Toiyabe Ave. in Gardnerville.
Mr. Anderson died Aug. 3, 2003, at Washoe Medical Center. He was born April 22, 1961, in Santa Ana, Calif., to Glen Anderson. He was raised as a "military brat."
He graduated from Douglas High School.
Before moving to Gardnerville, he lived in Carlsbad, Calif.
Mr. Anderson was a cable technician.
He served in the U.S. Army for two years.
Among his survivors are his wife, Tina, and sons Darien Anderson and Dustin Newton, all of Gardnerville; mother and stepfather Glen and Doris Anderson of San Diego, Calif; sisters Paula Resner and Malynda Reeves, both of Oregon; and brother, Gus Sullivan of Beatty.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home in Gardnerville is in charge of arrangements.
