Ad association donates services to non-profit

The Advertising Association of Northern Nevada plans to donate free advertising services to a non-profit in the Reno area.

Interested organizations need to file an application with the association by August 21.

The advertising group will choose one non-profit to the recipient of a complete advertising campaign, potentially including billboards, radio and TV spots, print advertising and web design.

Advertising professionals will donate their time to create the campaign, from concept to finish.

This will be the fourth non-profit organization for which A2N2 has donated the production of a complete, multi-media advertising campaign.

Past recipients were Disability Resources, the Alzheimer's Association, and Ally's Prom Closet.

To be eligible for the donation, nonprofits must fill out a questionnaire specifying the services it provides, background information about the organization and the specific projects for which it needs help.
