Ben and Barbara Bachman thought they might have a winner when they bought the rights to a 25-year-old product an evaporative cooler for RVs and brought it back to the market.
They were right.
"We had a wonderful summer," says Ben Bachman.
"We came in right on target."
Next up for the Gardnerville-based company is distribution in South Africa and Australia, countries with dry, hot summers and lots of RV travel.
And because the seasons in the Southern Hemisphere are the opposite of those in the north, the company looks to get into year-round production.
Those distribution deals are pending as this year comes to a close.
