Business Bank of Nevada is very close to acquiring property to build a full-service branch in the Gardnerville/Minden area, said Jerry Gregory, senior vice president and northern Nevada manager for the company.
Gregory said the bank hopes to begin construction by late summer, with an anticipated opening in the fourth quarter.
The bank last week opened a loan production office at 1662 Highway 395, Suite 105, in Minden.
The office will be managed by Susan Potter, a longtime resident of the area who recently joined Business Bank.
