HMC Architects of Nevada is relocating its offices to the Bank of America Plaza in downtown Reno at First and Virginia Streets.

Matt Riecken, vice president with Trammell Crow, negotiated the five-year lease for HMC.

The architectural firm will occupy nearly 6,000 square feet of space on the building's eighth floor on July 1.

The office will house approximately 22 employees.
