A memorial service for James MacIntosh Bethell, 45, will be at 11 a.m. March 1 at South Reno United Methodist Church, 200 DeSpain Lane, Reno.
Mr. Bethell died Feb. 19, 2003, in Reno of cancer. He was born in 1957.
Among his survivors are his wife, Laurie; and son, Rafe.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Washoe Foundation in Reno for cancer research.
Northern Nevada Memorial Cremation Society is in charge of arrangements.
