in the Mira Loma Shopping Center.
Eidem is a certified executive chef who is a member of the honorary society of the American Academy of Chefs,.
Along with Eidem and his wife, Valerie, those launching the restaurant include their son, Chris, and their son and daughter-inlaw, Bryan and Chelsea.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday.
