Thomas W. Lamaster, 76, a Gardnerville resident for the past 34 years, died Dec. 29, 2002, at his home. He was born May 11, 1926, in Aromas, Calif., to John and Nancy Lamaster.
Before moving to Gardnerville, he lived in Stockton, Calif.
Mr. Lamaster was a truck driver and a member of the Teamsters Union. He enjoyed working on cars, welding, fishing and spending time with his family.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
He was preceded in death by his son Patrick, in 1992.
Among his survivors are his sons Thomas of Colorado and William of Arizona; daughter, Donna David of Tallahassee, Fla.; sister, Clara Mann of Fresno, Calif.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
