Brendan Mulholland, John Biery

Brendan Mulholland has been hired as a project manager by Reno-based Clark & Sullivan Constructors and John Biery has been hired by the company as a project engineer.

Both will work in Clark & Sullivan's Sacramento office.

Mulholland will supervise the construction of Placer High School and the new San Joaqin Council of Governments building.

He brings more than 10 years of experience to Clark & Sullivan, and most recently worked as a construction manager overseeing a $15 million medical center and ambulatory building project.

As a project engineer, Biery will work as a cost and scheduling engineer assisting superintendents and project mangers with meetings and job site visits as well as updating job schedules.

He previously worked as an assistant project manager and is a recent graduate from Brigham Young University in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he earned a degree in construction management.
