The State of Nevada Gaming Board leased 11,000 square feet in the Rainier Building of Sierra Corporate Center at South Virginia and Sierra Center Parkway.
The agency will house administrative and audit functions at the space in February, moving from its current location in downtown Reno.
Matt Riecken, vice president with Trammel Crow, negotiated the lease for the Gaming Control Board.
