A celebration of life for Leilani Brown, 40, a Carson City resident for the past four years, will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Ms. Brown died Jan. 27, 2003, in Reno. She was born Oct. 23, 1962, in Reno, to Pearl Nuttall.
She attended high school in Pacific Grove, Calif., and two years of college.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Brentwood, Calif., for several years and San Jose, Calif., also for several years.
Ms. Brown was a marketing specialist for Collier's Real Estate Inc. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Among her survivors are: fiance Kevin Blum of Carson City; and brothers Everett Brown of Boulder City and John C. Millar of Seaside, Calif.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
