Dollar Tree building store near WinCo

Dollar Tree started construction on a new 12,000-square- foot store at Reno's South Meadows Marketplace next to WinCo Foods, according to Trammell Crow Co.

Chris Waizmann, leasing specialist with Trammell Crow, represented Timber Ridge Development and Sierra Crest Equities in the purchase of the 1.6-acre building pad and was also involved in the lease back to Dollar Tree.

The South Meadows Marketplace location is Dollar Tree's fourth site in the Reno/Sparks.

The store is scheduled to open in October 2003.
