A memorial service for Nancy Ann Dumas, 47, a Carson City resident for the past 15 years, will be at 6 p.m. today at the Church of the Science of the Mind, 675 Fairview Drive, Ste. 219.
Mrs. Dumas died June 6, 2003, at home. She was born Feb. 21, 1956, in San Francisco to Thomas and Genevieve D'arpino Grimm.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Santa Clara, Calif.
Mrs. Dumas worked for the state of Nevada grounds and maintenance. She enjoyed cooking, camping, traveling, bargain hunting and thrift store shopping. She was a member of the Church of the Science of the Mind.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Among her survivors are her daughters Sara Freitas of Dayton and Tammy Freitas of Hayward, Calif.; soulmate David Dumas of Carson City and many friends.

Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
