Robert Morgan and Dr.
Byllie D'Amato Andrews have been appointed directors of experience-based Rainshadow Charter Community High School in Reno.
Morgan, who was named school director, has served as the head of human resources for the Yew Chung Education Foundation in Bejing, Shanghai and Hong Kong, as well as the headmaster of the International Christian School in Hong Kong.
He has lived in Reno for two years.
Andrews, who will be director of curriculum and teaching, served 32 years in northern Nevada as a high school math teacher, high school administrator, college of education teacher, and student teacher supervisor.
She also has served as speech and debate coach, as well as the Gifted and Talented Coordinator for Incline High School.
