Reno company to fund acquisition

Coldwater Capital, LLC of Reno has conditionally commited to fund up to $16 million for an acquisition by Gateway Distributors Ltd.

of Las Vegas.

Gateway, which is publicly traded, didn't provide any more information about its plans.
