Hawco Properties has entered into a purchase agreement with Sierra Vista Animal Hospital for a new facility in the Spanish Springs Business Center.This will be the second animal hospital run by Dr.
Lazarcheff, owner/president of Sierra Vista.
The company expects to start construction this summer on their new 5,000 square foot facility.
The Spanish Springs Business Center, owned by Hawco Properties, is located on Pyramid Lake Highway.
Hawco Properties has also entered into a purchase agreement with Sierra Vista Feed,Tack and Grooming Center for a new facility in the Spanish Springs Business Center.
