Saul Weinstein has been promoted to vice president and senior regional compliance and security officer at Colonial Bank Northern Nevada.
Weinstein will oversee bank compliance and security.
An employee of Colonial Bank for seven years, he most recently served as senior commercial loan officer and supervised commercial lending in the Reno- Sparks area.
He also worked in compliance and loan administration.
Before joining Colonial,Weinstein was an associate national bank examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency at its San Francisco duty station.
