Cindy Bouillon has been promoted to vice president and regional operations manager by Colonial Bank of Northern Nevada.
Bouillon will oversee the operational efficiency of Colonial's six northern Nevada branches, serve as auditor for Colonial's branch monitoring program involving all 11 Nevada locations, and serve as team leader for Colonial's northern disaster recovery team.
