Chris Waizmann, vice president with Trammell Crow, recently negotiated leases at the Comp USA Center, South Virginia and Del Monte Lane, with We The People Document Services and Horizon Windows.
Both businesses are new to the market.
This brings the Comp USA Center to full occupancy.
Waizmann also negotiated the lease of space at the Del Monte Center, South Virginia and Del Monte Lane, to Paycheck Advance.
This additional location for Paycheck Advance fully leases the Del Monte Center.
The relocation of Wild West Electronics to Southwest Pavilion, meanwhile, brought that center to 99 percent occupancy.
Waizmann negotiated this lease, on behalf of the Pavilion's owner, National Retail Partners.
Waizmann said he is finalizing another lease that will bring the Pavilion to capacity.
